Far37 is a bright, newly renovated apartment for two, on the second floor of a classic Milanese building with a lift. It's made for anyone who wants a comfortable, well-kept base: a couple on holiday, or someone in Milan for work who needs fast internet and a place to get things done.
It's on Via Borsieri, the street where Isola's bars, restaurants and venues are concentrated: in the evening everything is right outside your door, and Porta Nuova and the Vertical Forest are a few minutes' walk away.

Location and transport
From Via Borsieri you're a short walk from Isola station on the M5 metro line, which runs to San Siro and City Life, and from Porta Garibaldi station, served by the M2 line, suburban trains and the Malpensa Express. The city centre is just minutes away.

Frequently asked questions
Is booking here as safe as on Airbnb?
Yes: they are the same homes. Our terms are clear and in writing: full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival. And you talk to us directly, with no service fees.
How does payment work?
To confirm, you pay a 50% advance (bank transfer or payment link); the balance is due 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at once. Milan's city tourist tax is paid separately.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival and we refund everything. Cancel between 13 and 7 days before arrival and we keep 50% of the total price (the advance), refunding anything else you've paid. With less than 7 days' notice, or if you don't arrive, there is no refund. Full details are in our Booking terms.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. On request we can offer flexible times depending on availability.
Is there a minimum stay?
Usually 2 nights, but in the low season we can be flexible: just ask.
