The windows face the inner courtyard, so it's genuinely quiet at night: rare in Milan, and a relief after a day exploring the city. Step outside and you're in the middle of Isola, among bars, restaurants and the Porta Nuova towers.

Location and transport

Via Francesco Arese is a quiet street in the Isola district. The M3 (yellow) and M5 (lilac) metro lines are close by: the M3 takes you to the Duomo and Milano Centrale station with no changes, and the M5 goes to San Siro stadium and City Life.

Frequently asked questions

Is booking here as safe as on Airbnb?

Yes: they are the same homes. Our terms are clear and in writing: full refund if you cancel up to 14 days before arrival. And you talk to us directly, with no service fees.

How does payment work?

To confirm, you pay a 50% advance (bank transfer or payment link); the balance is due 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount is paid at once. Milan's city tourist tax is paid separately.

Can I cancel my booking?

Yes. Cancel up to 14 days before arrival and we refund everything. Cancel between 13 and 7 days before arrival and we keep 50% of the total price (the advance), refunding anything else you've paid. With less than 7 days' notice, or if you don't arrive, there is no refund. Full details are in our Booking terms.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 3:00 PM, check-out by 10:00 AM. On request we can offer flexible times depending on availability.

Is there a minimum stay?

Usually 2 nights, but in the low season we can be flexible: just ask.
